Dinner in 15 Minutes!

15 Minute Dinner Recipes!

Hello Reader

There are quick recipes, and then there are 15 minute (or less!) recipes. I'm a sucker for any recipe that will let me get dinner on the table in a hurry, which is why I've come up with a whole range of recipes that do just that.

Here are a few of my favourites, all of which are a hit in my house and have saved my bacon when time runs short.

You'll notice seafood makes a few appearances in this list. Fish and seafood can be made very quickly. Having some in your freezer for days when time is at a premium is highly recommended!

๐Ÿ‘‰ Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry - High protein and low carb, this tasty stir fry is nutritious, filling and ready in 15! Stir fries like this are always very quick to make and make a complete meal over rice.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Sole in Lemon Butter Sauce (Sole Meuniere) - A classic dish and you don't have to be a chef to pull it off. Much cheaper at home rather than at a restaurant!

๐Ÿ‘‰ French Dip Sandwich - A lunch classic that is fantastic for dinner too, especially when you have some leftover roast beef to use up.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Air Fryer Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce - This hassle free way of cooking salmon takes only 10 minutes, which gives you enough time to make a delicious lemon dill sauce!

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ham and Mushroom Naan Pizza - No need to prepare a pizza base if you have naan available. It works perfectly and can be made with any toppings you want. Make your own naan if you have time!

๐Ÿ‘‰ Spaghetti Puttanesca - This easy spaghetti recipe made with sweet, plump tomatoes, garlic, briny black olives and a hint of anchovies. A classic for a reason!

Wishing you a flavourful week ahead!
