Asparagus Season Is Here! - from Vikalinka

It's Asparagus Season!

Hello Reader

April has arrived, and with it comes one of the most exciting signs of spring: asparagus season.

I'm a huge fan of those vibrant green spears. And because they are only around for a short window, I want to make the most of the opportunity.

So this week, I’m sharing a few of my favourite recipes that let asparagus shine. Love them as much as I do? I would love it if you left a review and star rating on the website to help other readers find their next favourite as well!

👉 Spring Asparagus Risotto - A simple risotto recipes made with asparagus and fresh micro herbs. Serve as a main or side - either way it's spring ready!

👉 Lemon Garlic Pasta with Broccoli and Asparagus - A wonderful medley of fresh, citrus and salty flavours coming together in this lemon garlic pasta made with broccoli and asparagus!

👉 Ham and Cheese Puffs with Asparagus - These delicious asparagus, ham and cheese puffs are a snap to make and always impress. All you need is four ingredients and ten minutes of your time!

👉 Grilled Asparagus with Romesco Sauce and Burrata - Evoke a restaurant experience by serving grilled asparagus on top of delicious Spanish Romesco sauce with creamy burrata on the side.

Wishing you a flavourful week ahead!

Love,
Julia x
