Summer Recipes I'm Making on Repeat

What I'm Making On Repeat This Summer

Hello Reader

I know it’s only May, but I’ve fully slipped into summer cooking mode over here. And honestly, no regrets. Lighter dinners, bold flavours, and anything that can be thrown on the grill or tossed together quickly is firmly on repeat in my kitchen right now.

This week, I’m sharing the recipes I keep coming back to. They are fresh, vibrant, and perfect for the warmer days ahead. These are the kinds of recipes that don’t feel like work… just good food, enjoyed often.

Whether you’re planning ahead for summer gatherings or just looking for fuss-free dinners as the days get longer, I think you’ll find a few new favourites here.

👉 Italian Sausage and Lentil Stuffed Peppers - These nutrition grenades are protein-packed, highly herby, and topped off with stretchy mozzarella cheese. And I can't get enough!

👉 Cedar Plank Salmon - My favourite grilled salmon. It gives you herby, mayo-smothered and forest-infused whole side of salmon with only 10 minutes of prep before your grill takes over.

👉 Italian Chopped Salad - I love this salad as a way to serve a meal packed with a huge amount of good-for-you ingredients that still tastes amazing. Super simple, and super good!

👉 Sea Bass in Brown Butter Caper Sauce - Restaurant-worthy but easy enough to make at home, I'm loving this white fish recipe as a way to get a bit more fish in my diet.

👉 Grilled Corn and Avocado Salad - I'm loving this salad to serve with a barbecue or any meal with a Tex-Mex theme. Full of flavours and textures, I'll never get tired of this lovely dish.

👉 Chicken Shawarma - I've been serving this chicken shawarma when guests come over. Because who doesn't love succulent spiced chicken with flatbread, dressed any way they want?

Wishing you a flavourful week ahead!

Love,
Julia x
