The Pasta Salads I’m Making This Summer

Hello Reader

The moment the sun breaks through and someone utters the word "BBQ," my brain goes straight to pasta salad. There's a reason it's become the unofficial dish of summer: you can make it ahead, riff on it endlessly, and it somehow tastes even better after a night in the fridge doing its thing.

Whether you're hosting a garden party, bringing something to a potluck, or just trying to keep weeknight dinners feeling fresh and effortless, these pasta salads were made for the season.

Most of these can be pulled together earlier in the day, or the evening before, which means you're free to actually enjoy yourself β€” cold drink in hand, sun on your face, not hovering over the kitchen counter.

Have a browse through the collection and find your summer go-to. Or take my approach: make two. One for everyone else, one that's "for leftovers" but somehow vanishes before noon the next day. No regrets.

πŸ‘‰ Green Goddess Pasta Salad - Creamy but fresh with a beautiful peppery kick. This is one I love to make to serve with a barbecue as the fresh flavours just scream summer.

πŸ‘‰ Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad - An iconic salad with added pasta appeal! It's made with chicken breast dripping in dressing, lying on a crispy lettuce bed with crunchy croutons and bite-sized pasta.

πŸ‘‰ Tuna Macaroni Salad - When it gets too warm for tuna pasta bake but you don’t want to give up your fave comfort food, this salad is your summer saviour! Delicious, convenient and affordable.

πŸ‘‰ Asian Noddle Salad in Peanut Dressing - Made with thinly sliced red cabbage, julienned carrots and radishes in spicy peanut dressing, it's ideal for picnics, barbecues or a work lunch.

πŸ‘‰ Greek Orzo Salad with Grilled Zucchini - This light and vibrant orzo salad is both filling and delicious. The best of the summer produce in one colourful bowl.

πŸ‘‰ Pasta Salad with Basil Vinaigrette - A pasta salad that looks the part. It has cherry tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, chives and olives dressed in a delicious basil vinaigrette.

Wishing you a flavourful week ahead!
