6 Easy Dressings That Make Every Salad Better

The Secret to Better Salads? Homemade Dressing

Hello Reader

When it comes to great salads, the dressing can make all the difference. This week, I'm sharing six of my favourite homemade salad dressings, including creamy classics and bright, zesty vinaigrettes, that are easy to whisk together with ingredients you probably already have on hand.

Some are featured in complete salad recipes, while others are standalone staples. Give these a try and you'll see that the secret to a salad you love is a dressing you make.

πŸ‘‰ Poppyseed Dressing - It’s a classic vinaigrette recipe with a chic dotty twist: poppyseeds! Shake up for a versatile tangy, fruity and sweet dressing that flatters every salad.

πŸ‘‰ Caesar Dressing - An all-time favourite: Caesar dressing! It’s the perfect combination of tangy, creamy, and can be used in so many ways.

πŸ‘‰ Lemon Dill Dressing - The dressing I chose for this fantastic salmon Cobb salad! It's creamy and fresh all at the same time. Lot's of ways to use this one!

πŸ‘‰ Tahini Green Goddess Dressing - Smooth and savoury, creamy and fresh. I love it on all kinds of salads, but it's just as good on roasted vegetables.

πŸ‘‰ Creamy Dill Pickle Dressing - This tangy yoghurt and mayo dressing is spiked with dill pickle juice, giving it a stunning uplift. I've used it on everything salads, to roast chicken, to new potatoes!

πŸ‘‰ Herb and Lemon Vinaigrette - Based on a classic French vinaigrette, but I've taken it up a notch by packing the dressing full of fresh herbs. Simple yet divine!

Wishing you a flavourful week ahead!
